My Story
hi,I’m Mun.
As a Registered Dietitian, I have helped numerous individuals and families overcome their challenges and allow themselves to enjoy food again. As a mother of two, I have struggled with my own chaotic eating habits and my children's food allergies. I spent so much time following rules to eat "healthy" instead of doing what I know works best - trusting my body and intuitively choosing what to eat.
My two children have various food allergies - including peanut allergy, cow's milk protein allergy (non-IgE mediated), food protein-induced enterocolitis syndrome (FPIES to egg, soy and rice) - so I understand what it means to be fearful and anxious as a mom who is trying to provide proper nutrition for my family. But more importantly, I learned how to navigate those fears.
Because every family deserves to thrive and spend their meals connecting with each other, not fearing or fighting over food.
my
Philosophy
I believe bringing back the joy in eating and feeding is the secret to creating a balanced, stress-free mealtime environment. Shifting the perspective of food and health helps families overcome their challenges around food and body image. I empower families with the tools they need to succeed, and prepare them with the knowledge and confidence to nourish a family that thrives.
You are the only one who will truly know what's right for your family. We'll work together to grow your confidence, and give you the knowledge you need to make informed decisions.
Overcome your family's challenges and start a nutritional plan that makes everyone feel their best.
Put the joy back in mealtime. Learn and teach your family how to love food that is good for your body and soul.
